What is Aura?

Aura, also known as the human energy field, is a subtle, luminous radiation that surrounds the physical body of a living being. It is said to be composed of various layers and is believed to contain information about a person's physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

The concept of the aura has been present in many ancient cultures and spiritual traditions, including Hinduism, Buddhism, and indigenous cultures. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, the aura began to gain popularity in the Western world, with the development of techniques for its observation and interpretation.

We can easily point out that feeling the aura around us, which is coming from the people around us at that moment. You may have already experienced or felt that, even if the person's aura is very connected or very strong, the effects might still be present even if that person is not around you at that moment. This could happen because of the events you have gone through together or your past with them. If you would like to feel and experience this aura feeling more, I suggest that you try to look around from a high window and try to feel what is happening as each person comes around you.

One of the most well-known methods of aura observation is Kirlian photography, which is a photographic technique that captures the electrical discharge of an object. This technique has been used to photograph the aura of living organisms, including plants and animals, as well as inanimate objects.

According to studies, the human aura can be affected by a person's physical, emotional, and spiritual states. For example, a person who is in a state of good physical health will have a strong and vibrant aura, while a person who is suffering from an illness or injury will have a weak and dull aura. Emotions such as joy, love, and peace can also affect the aura, making it brighter and more radiant.

Meditation and other spiritual practices have been shown to have a positive effect on the aura. In the words of the famous meditation teacher, Jiddu Krishnamurti, "Meditation is the emptying of the mind of all the past memories and the future projections, and being in the present, which is the only real moment."

Similarly, the spiritual master, Sri Aurobindo, said that "Meditation is the process of going beyond the mind and experiencing our essential nature, which is pure consciousness."

In conclusion, the aura is a subtle energy field that surrounds the physical body of a living being. It is believed to contain information about a person's physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and can be affected by a person's state of health, emotions, and spiritual practices. Understanding and working with the aura can be a powerful tool for personal growth and healing.
